HOW TO CHOOSE

• Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.

• Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time).

• The remedies can work immediately in certain situations (First Aid Kit, Moon River and Wholehearted are fast-acting), but for long-term issues it will take three weeks to one month to see changes. The effects of flower remedies are cumulative. Remedies must be taken as directed to feel the benefits.

First Aid Kit  - No matter which Foundational Formula you choose, you should always have a bottle of First Aid Kit on hand (bathroom cabinet, purse, glove compartment) for emergencies. This fast-acting formula neutralizes trauma and shock, restoring calm immediately. Take four drops every ten minutes during a crisis (accidents, emotional stress, hospital visits, fear of flying, dental visits, public speaking, etc.). May also used preventatively, at the first sign of illness. *Note: If anxiety is chronic, please use Peaceful Worrier or Safe and Sound.

In Love  - Do you desire love? For yourself or for another? Help break unhealthy patterns, insecurity and feelings of unworthiness. Build trust, wisdom in love and attract healthy relationships.

Whole Hearted  - Immediate relief if you feel grief (expressed or suppressed). Perhaps you never recovered from a loss, however long ago or had a sad childhood and feel stuck in the past.
