Instructions

BATH - Pour a generous handful under warm running water and swirl to dissolve. As the creamy minerals infuse the bath, breathe deeply and welcome a state of calm, balance, and inner harmony.

BODY SCRUB: To create a luxurious body scrub, blend a spoonful of Lunar Bath Powder with your favourite Shemana Body Oil and massage gently over damp skin, can be used in the bath or shower.

FOOT SOAK: For a grounding foot soak, add a small scoop to a bowl of warm water, allowing the salts and essential oils to relax tired feet and soothe the nervous system.
