A quality Lavender essential oil distilled from plants grown in the high elevation regions of France - a region known for the world's most fragrant Lavenders. Lavender grown at high altitudes naturally produce more 'Linalool', a component of the essential oil found to reduce stress and improve sleep. This is an especially pleasant oil, with a beautiful and complex aroma.

Instructions

Aromatherapy oils can be used in several ways:
- Diffusing: Add a few drops of the oil to water in a diffuser to spread the aroma through the air.

- Topical application: Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to the skin during massages or as part of your skincare routine.
