Your complexion is boosted with a high concentration of active ingredients and fine lines and wrinkles are plumped and smoothed. The Ideal Moisture Level Serum combats damaging effects of adverse weather conditions, central heating and air conditioning. 

Instructions

After cleansing and toning, gently press a few drops into skin. In humid climates, it can be worn as a stand alone hydrator or can be layered under cream or oil.
