Cellular Lip Conditioner is a delicate multivitamin blend of nourishing botanicals formulated to treat and protect chapped, rough, and dehydrated lips. The serum deeply penetrates skin to heal and rejuvenate the lips from within. Powerful antioxidant chemistry protects lips from UV damage while repairing damage, as luxurious moisturising botanicals replenish the moisture barrier. Infused with skin softening Vitamin E, and an active blend of supercritical extracts of Sea Buckthorn, Rosehip, and Ginger Lily all contained in a UV-deterrent glass vial with a roll-on applicator.

Instructions

For best results apply to lips after shower, add lip balm to prolong conditioning after product has absorbed.
